Good work environment and culture. Few Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria (But we are unable to use it due to covid restrictions). Company policies are good and appraisals are fair and they give enough salary hike.

Truly I say to you, there is a politics and management resolve only few issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Apart from these, there's nothing to dislike anything.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions regarding my work. But later, i learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to handle work with my seniors colleagues.

Dictatorship at Pune office by the Director. Even the HR decides as per him, so called HR. Does not do anything on complaints. Policy and rules changes as per the director along with KPI. Threatns for job security and incentives. Politics and criticism is at the highest level. Last minute work are given as if its required immediately and then extension of shift. Few managers are hired who does not know anything, not even basics but are called as managers, its just talks.
