Everything was good until new Directors and managers came in. Now they want to turn the good captive type atmosphere into BPO type atmosphere so that they can show case themselves. This created ALOT of pressure on employees who are handling day to day activities on ground. Resulting in high attrition. Over hiring in the name of new project/process and then that projects and processes are failing or not going to start, TOTAL WASTE of money and unnecessary cost to company. Micromanagemt driven by politics - because your AM have their own interests, your Manager have their own interests all this is just dumped on employees with high expectations and as mentioned earlier this creates alot of pressure as employees don't know how achieve these personal agendas resulting in exhaustion. Perks could have been better. Hiring is not fair to some extent, as mostly people who are friends with HR pushes their people and people with unrelated skills are forcefully pushed in to unrelated roles creating long term training and performance issues impacting team's performance and manager is like dumb to this scenario without showing any interest to take any sort of initiative to resolve this. No Female is heard. Very few female in leadership positions to understand our concerns. Leadership in Shared services talk in Malayalam guess all are from Kerala they are a group of Men from same state may be from same company in the previous organisation. All the leaders from Kerala except few are from Genpact or some company. There are a lot of female staff hired recently. There should be a female in leadership to listen to them. Leadership is not reachable in Shared services. Does not even come to monthly events conducted on floor. Some good changes happened in recent time but guess you should be from same state for you to talk to them or should know Malayalam. 100+ managers and zero Female manager They feel female work force is just manage home and work in office. HR is Def and mute cannot even see them on floor. Always busy in meetings. If you raise voice they force you to leave or resign. On-site clients feedback on employees is shared on regular basis Food is not available for night shift employees Old management was bad and new management is trying to show as if they are good but everyone knows what is going on. If you ask work from home 100 questions will come and lead / AM ask you to take leave. So Work from home even for female No growth opportunity, even IJP are fix to their own liked people. Dictatorship at Pune office by the Director. Even the HR decides as per him, so called HR. Does not do anything on complaints. Policy and rules changes as per the director along with KPI. Threatns for job security and incentives. Politics and criticism is at the highest level. Last minute work are given as if its required immediately and then extension of shift. Few managers are hired who does not know anything, not even basics but are called as managers, its just talks.
