They have a terrible work culture. Do not expect any support from the organisation if you face any issue. They do not let you choose your optional offs. You’re forced to take holidays as per them and they would give you nothing in writing.

If you join CleanHarbors, You'll regret. Pay will be good, HR policies are absolutely fine on the paper. But non implementation of HR policies by the management in Hyderabad office is worse.

No team spirit in team.my suggestion is not to join in company .simply it is waste of our time and effects our mental peace

Apart from a big organisation since so many years and they are increasing in size. Office is good and its continuously growing.

Dislikes

Dictatorship at Pune office by the Director. Even the HR decides as per him, so called HR. Does not do anything on complaints. Policy and rules changes as per the director along with KPI. Threatns for job security and incentives. Politics and criticism is at the highest level. Last minute work are given as if its required immediately and then extension of shift. Few managers are hired who does not know anything, not even basics but are called as managers, its just talks. Poor work culture and you may be asked to leave for any small reason if the director does not like you. Haha...Read More
