The job is quite amazing! I had problem in the stating as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job floor. Overall experience was very good, nice company

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
