Despite spending 20 mins thinking about it, I am struggling to come up with anything +ive to say about classplus

too much politics at the management level, HR seems to be merely puppets. the owner is not aware of what is happening or management doesn't let him know future of this company is not good particularly when you are in the era where you have to face PW, BJYU, unacdemy etc if the owner can identify and address these issues, it may improve the company's prospects

I like the fact that when we encounter some problem, our managers do not straight away help us but push us to find the source of the problem on our own. In the end, if the problem still exists, they will sit with us & guide us.

Dislikes

Some individuals occupy the meeting rooms to handle their work instead of sitting with their co-workers in specified areas. So when a team needs to use a meeting room, none are empty and teams have to request the individuals to vacate the rooms.
