There is nothing to like about Classplus , before joining the organization please go through all of these points , then make your decision. 1) The product is of only Rs.15,000 won't be good for your professional journey selling a product with such a low ATS 2) Target market is full of illiterates , their target market includes tution teacher , we have to sell them , but do understand what will a housewive teaching 2 student will do of her own app. 3) Just selling the product like network marketing business Rs.15,000 product and you'll be the richest teacher once you get your app , LOL xD all these ed-techs are foolish I think 4) After every 15 days they will come out with a scheme that is 1+1 year free , they are running thses scheme from past 1 year and everyday we have to tell the customer it is our last day of the scheme 5) People like Akshit are idiots working in the organization with 0 knowledge of sales just got higher in the hierarchy because of on-field experience , age and joining a fresh Start-up 6) Akshit will pressurize you to do the sale on the verge of abusing you , by daily taunting you , and will only support 2-3 people who are old in the organization. 7) We'll play the IPL song in the offices premises to make hustle culture and start dancing like fools , literally if you are from well educated family , you'll feel that you are struck in the company fool of Jokers . 8) Managers are biased with girls , will support them no matter what , being a guy you'll be fired within a month if you don't give a sale 9) The highest sale in a month is 19-20 deals , that too of Rs.12,000 selling such a low ATS is really hectic because of useless pressure , politics , 10) Every month 8-10 people are fired and 5-7 people from sales leave the office, and strength of the sales team is only 150 people , you can imagine the scenario now 11) Managers will act like IAS officer but even don't know how to talk (Vo lardki degi flane ki lunga , are common words you will listen from Managers) 12) Consider all this points talk to your loved once regarding the same and then make your mind to spoil your career. 13) Manager ki dui chaat sako tbhi jana bhai aur behano nahi toh laat mar ke nikal denge 14) Mukul rustogi founder talks to employee telling them they are slave the body language the arrogant attitude simply depicts that , he don't know he is nothing without all of these employees , useless man , just burning investors cash. 15) You'll be giving demo at 2 AM in the night , because hustle culture , you know bro what I mean 16) All sundays you'll be working else the next day they will make you count are you were not working and you will feel self deprived and will self doubt . 17) Bro, you are the best in the name of hustle and fake culture don't spoil join some other good organization you'll thank me later , when they will be laying off in coming 2 years . :) Best of luck...Read More
