It's a big SCAM. Teachers don't get paid here. There is communication regarding pay. They keep on deducting TDS but fail to give form-16. They are always ready for penalties but never pay salary on time. It takes 50% of the salary to be credited after 3-4 months.

I am not working in clapingo. But i am sew a number of videos in YouTube it's really really wonderful for spoken English learners. It's helpful for people who want to build their career. Especially easy to understand who those thing's are tutar suggested.

Absolutely nothing. They don't have an ounce of respect for their tutors. You'll be made to beg for your own pay to be credited. The CEO is a piece of sh**t who doesn't care how distressing he makes it for the tutors on the platform. I don't know what they do with our hard-earned money every single month. Gambling? who knows...

.earlier when the payments were on time, weekly. when on reporting a convenience they would get back on call in order to amend the issues. All in past, been working here for almost 2 years and the abovementioned special treatment was only for the intial 3 months.

the percentage paid to the tutors as opposed to what is charged in laughable, on top of that payments are never made on time. They delay the payments but continue to add more instructions and policies to mooch off the trainers working on the platform

Everything is a joke to this company. They would deduct TDS throughout the year but fail to provide Form-16. They never pay on time. No remuneration gets credited before 3-4 months. They would keep sending misleading emails making false claims but nothing ever changes. They would make you cry for your hard-earned money even if there is a medical emergency.

The students are nice, willing to learn and they love to have conversations.

They are the worst. They never pay their employees on time. Every month the payments are delayed. They are unprofessional and they keep employees money. Sometimes it takes more than 15 days for the payment to be credited. Join another platform. Their management sucks and chat support is useless.

Salaries on time. They send e-mails every month announcing that they will be a delay by 21 days. The founder and Managing Director Sameer Agrawal does not any Ethics or Morality. By declaring in advance, every month, that the salaries will be delayed by 21 days, he expects that the employees will very timidly, very meekly agree andsubmit themselves to exploitation and harrassment (regular delay is a definite harrasment). I am contemplating of complaining about this harrasment with The Department of Company Affairs, Government of India and with National Company Law Tribunal. I would request these regulatory bodies to carry out thorough scrutiny of the company and financial dealings, the payment defaults made by this company Clapingo Education Pvt Ltd in the past , employees harrasment and exploitation carried out in the past.
