In this Company, Senior Managers and HR don't care about their employee. They always want to make their client happy even if they wish the employee availability for 16 to 20 hours and HR and management asks the employee to be available for the same number of hours. They don't listen anything from their own employee and most of the time HR will call and ask for the resignation over the same call forcefully. This is their normal practice to follow. Forcefully resignation over call. No job security. No Hike and promotions. Buttering policy, HR and Management are expert in it. Join here only if you don't have any other option but keep on job searching and getting good offer before they asked you to resign.
