I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. In this Company, Senior Managers and HR don't care about their employee. They always want to make their client happy even if they wish the employee availability for 16 to 20 hours and HR and management asks the employee to be available for the same number of hours. They don't listen anything from their own employee and most of the time HR will call and ask for the resignation over the same call forcefully. This is their normal practice to follow. There is no Job Security in this Company. The only good and positive thing about this company is.... HR/Company is flexible with work location along with Remote opportunities....Read More
