Flexible Timing & not that much loaded work but still the owner is a lady so its good as she needs proper reporting which helps to improve our Excel & P6 Skills & a good team to work with basically the company takes Military Works & the salary is on time

Dislikes

No Increment & they dont have a proper Main office sort of setup they have main office as a villa in Abu dhabi

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
