Work life balance is good. But this simply means that most of the work is of maintaining already existing code. Not much new development work is done. Majority of the teams are working on regression testing and customer issues only.

A very beautiful product organization especially for freshers to kick start their carrier. We get a chance to learn alot of things in terms of communication, technology culture etc. We get food , cab , allowances. We get to know the value of Citrix once you come out of the organisation.

In Csg already massive layoffs has happened Citrix had two office in Bangalore in which employees have been laid off and now we have one office. Tech support and customer service is outsourced.
