Job security Lot of politics You will get an extremely good performance rating for continuously 5 years and if you change team internally and manager is bad he/she will give bad rating and you will get fired. No job security, No young Management, unskilled and unprofessional old management. We will not get any human consideration from any top management. If you praise the managers & directors you can stay longer in Citi. Otherwise, you should be a lady.AVPs to the above level are most toxic and lazy. if you are a hard worker you can't stay long in Citi. They are hiring a lot of people from diverse cultures to increase their brand value but there is no job security. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign. Layoff affected a lot of employees in India and no one talked anything about this Part of the cost-cutting they targeted directors to the above level but when it comes to India all the MDMDsand directors protected each other and removed C05 to C11 employees from Citi....Read More
