No job security, No young Management, unskilled and unprofessional old management. We will not get any human consideration from any top management. If you praise the managers & directors you can stay longer in Citi. Otherwise, you should be a lady.AVPs to the above level are most toxic and lazy. if you are a hard worker you can't stay long in Citi. They are hiring a lot of people from diverse cultures to increase their brand value but there is no job security. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign. Layoff affected a lot of employees in India and no one talked anything about this Part of the cost-cutting they targeted directors to the above level but when it comes to India all the MDMDsand directors protected each other and removed C05 to C11 employees from Citi....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
