Need help to decide

I have the following offers and confused to choose one. Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them? Please give you suggestions. My Last working day is 31 March 2025.

The management in Citicorp, Chennai is horrible. The director - Global Functions Technology is highly arrogant and there is a VP who thinks people need to do whatever she wants even if it is not good for the team. For every request, people have to beg them. It has a lot of red tape that prevents innovations. The only thing they care about is marketing DEI.

Citi Corp is very worst for job seekers, they ruled brahmins only whenever i attend the interview the recruiters behavior very very worst. And if i apply relevant role in Citi Corp the rejected application. They did not given any opportunity to other peoples. They recruiters and HR teams are working like caste based only. very very worst.
