No good projects, no job security. If you're joining TTS department then please don't join Citi, they're still working on old technologies, bad politics and favoratism are the things here.
Salary you will get high at time of hiring because no one wants to join if he know about work culture and people. So salary you can ask 100% hike and they will give because of people leaving them so badly.
Dislikes
Yes Boss culture only, no skill growth, stuck on one old technology and manager always try to control you by calling and giving useless tasks to you. If you have no self respect and can work till 11PM to 2AM in night then good for you else personal life will suck.
