Company has given good support of employees.. Taking care and giving WFH access and they are ready to continue until Covid-19 get decrease. They have support financial as well to the employees. Good company to work. Happy working with Citi.

Company is very good but the mgmt is total South Indian in Pune. No thought matching.. Always politics. Always growth for their people

Need help to decide

I have the following offers and confused to choose one. Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them? Please give you suggestions. My Last working day is 31 March 2025.
