Nothing. The company especially the Bengaluru Location is like a Milk production Diary and the employees are the livestock. Once they are milked enough then they are sent out for Slaughter.

Everything. They hire you at a very high package, in fact way more than current market trends so that you don't get employed elsewhere after you join Citi. Then the work culture, management, pathetic bosses, layoffs and always uncertainty makes it so difficult to survive. Eventually you succumb or go with the flow to lose your mental balance.

The only explanation that had been provided was "Mandatory To complete appraisal formality". 🚩 When you force an employee to "Self-Resign", then such asks of "Self Appraisal" raise questions on the motive behind it. 🚩 The only purpose which I could conclude from it was to spoil my Ratings and my Reputation forever.
