Dislikes

Management is serious about their wellbeing nowadays. Whenever it comes for VOE survey, they stats acting like the are the most caring person in the earth and one it is done, they goes back to their original colour. No management support, no manager assistance. Even higher authority has started ignoring serious problems for the workflow. The don't even care about the process.
