One of blood sucker organization.
Dislikes
HR has a lot of relief policy for employees. Unfortunately wouldn't applicable for employees. Because management and managers they have blocked those rules.
In Facts all process manager become based on their experience. They don't have even proper team mangement skills even though they have only one skill to degrade to team members. Those people have a low self-esteem this organization isn't for them.
Cons:: 1) there is no proper SOP or test system where new joiners can learn properly. Teammates never wish to help new joiners.
2) if you ask questions or doubts to leads they can unnecessary throw counter questions to you. Which can freeze you and you won't able to answer. In middle of that top High possibility you will get insulted infront teams members and at floor. There should not be any conflict if you ask questions.
3) if you are from north india and working in south india specially Chennai location ( DLF or RIT) then you will get isolated because none of them talk in English. Infacts every conversation happen in their regional language, Citi is top MNC and it should have conduct of code on floor as well. Employees should have a communication in English. I agree those who has communication gap or understanding issues they can have mutually discussion on particularly topic.
4) leads and managers never encourage to new joiners, to enhance their process knowledge instead of that degrade you. Managers openly threat to employees. Deliver them their expectations or fire. Without giving any sort of chance. When a person go in emotional and anxiety situation no body can deliver process Requirement.
Basic psychology.
5) dear Readers or all managers show some mercy to employees. All people are not the same. don't play with their feelings and emotions. Every person has a different learning capability and based on that everyone acts. Don't not judge them, help them and provide proper solutions, illustrate best example and visual tricks which helps more deeply about process grip.
6) theory couldn't help to learn process. This organization highly focused on theory part which not helpful at all. When a person perform work and situations comes with different scenarios at that time person can learn In real. trial and error is the best example.
7) organization should be focus on learning and development. There is no proper E-learning platform available where learner can learn more.
8) I cried everyday after I logged off. Because of I have faced a lot of problems and my emotions get freaked and degrade.
It's upto you. Many enjoys cigarette and some of get Cancer but exceptionally some of nothing gets happen they enjoy. Inhale and exhale. Take your decision....Read More
