When I joined as a new joinee, a job role should be provided as per your previous experience as well.. About what work you gonna do should be clearly explained in the interview. Dignity is questionable. I have 4.5 years of experience and in my previous organisations I've been provided with audits and quality checks. Here I'm doing the start level work which i did when i started my career. I am feeling like my profile has gone down....Read More

Need help to decide

I have the following offers and confused to choose one. Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them? Please give you suggestions. My Last working day is 31 March 2025.
