Usually we go into longer hours for 10 days in every month but no mercy when we took bit leisure for our personal things though work won’t be effected

1.Higher management contribute to the toxic work environment with micro management without acknowledging the employee problems.The leader constantly criticize employee instead of giving proper feedback. 2.The concept of work life balance doesn't exist in this co, They expect you to work complete 365 days with long working hours and do not acknowledge it. 3.The onshore team is the most pathetic people you can ever see in your life time..they actually treat the India team as there slave. 4.The AVP and the VP doesn't work at all or even join the client call or involve into the process but they just demand the team to get the work everything without knowing any idea about it.(With zero accountability & poor communication? 5.Appraisal is also given to those people who are favourite of management side .. There is new policy called my flex for hybrid model which is not at all clear and micro management, no work life balance at all. If we tell the same to managers they will tell work life balance is a mind set

Company Culture is Very Good. We will have 2 Parties in a year. Free Transportation. Free Tea/Coffee, Juices. Monday to Friday Working. Overall, Company Is Good.
