Nothing is good about Citco , worst place to work. Manager/AVP directly says that citco is not a employee friendly company.

Salary hikes and perks almost in line with the industry like MS, JP. Travel opportunities for migration and learning, Good Teammates for healthy competition,

Work life balance is terrible, Performance based appraisal not provided and appreciated, Favouritism in teams, Poor career growth, lot of politics, overall a bad place to work if you are hard working as the same is not appreciated by managers and higher management.
