I didn't like anything.
Dislikes
The team I got was the worse and except two persons no one was there to support me infact my AVP was denied to support me, there is no positive vibe in the team.
No man management at all, micro management at its highest no learning curve nothing Fund accounting divided into 4 different categories with no learning at all simply pathetic

There’s simply no work no training no learning learning curve is killed due to micro management and unbelievable rules set out by the management
