Department wise, work life balance depends. I am working in Finance department and like the balance between work and personal life. Piers are supportive in having a balanced life and give priority to personal life as well.

Dislikes

There is different approach for promotion based on department and location. For PE promotion happens in a year at minimum based on performance. For Finance dpt promotion happens at a minimum of 2.5 years. And again depends on performance.

We are working 15-16 hours daily,no appreciation for hard work and no scope for promotion and future. when looking from career prospective life & treatment with employees like imprisiner.HR people are very incapable, unprofessional, inefficient and irrogent.

There is no jender equality.There is running a cartel for promotion/new job of favorate imployee. There is no importance of your education and professional degree nd knowledge. They destroyed career & life of hard working people. There is making life like hell. There is no scope in improve in situation in near future 10 years.

Everything. Politics is up notch and only if you are good at "chatugiri" you will survive. Managers scold you on the floor and everything seems normal for everyone.

We do end to end work here, with minimum support, and crunch of staffing, thereby a lot to learn, take it pressure, knowledge and management.

Unorganised in terms of staffing, may be the policy is to overutilize people. No Salary rectification, baised management decisions, HR has no control over anything.

Everything is under SVP hands. SVPs are often seen dominating VPs and AVPs 1.Higher management look at you as Rec! 2. Not employee friendly org to work with. 3. They really pay well.

1.No work life balance. 2.Canadian CITCO employee thinks themselves as God, they dominate so much. 3. SVPs and VPs act according to Canadian CITCO team. 4. They make you submit timesheet for 8hours and you need to spend at least 14 hours. 5. No one shares knowledge in team. 6. No proper communication with in team. 7. Vintage employees stab back at their own AVPs by adding more masala to Canada teams. 8. SVPs - Depends under who. You are working , but often seen them dominating under level peers....Read More
