Teammates and supporting. Like to work friendly with everyone. company reputation n management is good. They gives a good salary to the people and there is a proper management in every cipla field.

People do politics and if someone is working good .. then the person cant see him ..so they do rubbish this n complete to the manager. N fresher should get a chance, so they can work with all responsiblty .

but in kashmir it's a franchise house and doctors are not satisfied because in kashmir we don't have provide doctors any facilities as well as Conferences happen, they know everything, there is no benefit in telling them, if something is told to them, it will not happen, that is why they give opportunities to other companies, that is why Cipla is not growing here
