company is trying to equip new technology in every department , trying to bring MNC culture.salary and allowances are good.

HR take decisions in influence of senior management, no fair trail before asking someone to leave company. Senior people working at HO in sales department no supportive at all, first pressuring for business by hook or crook and later make the issue of same to save their job by putting blame on others. By pretending like MNC like culture and good salary they hire the people from MNC and use them later make them to leave. Huge politics, no one is trustworthy....Read More
