Overall CIPLA is a good company but I feel it is mismanaged by some decision makers at site and corporate level

Decision makers at site and corporate level are not good. Some Managers (HoDs) are harassing their own team so that stability cannot be created at shop floor and employee want to leave CIPLA at any cost. This instability at shop floor level gives managers excuses to secure their jobs and position. Higher Management is not able to detect this kind of toxic cultures created by some Managers. Once join organisation is driven by HR and finance only not the technical persons who will really work for revenue generation of company and growth. No encouragement from senior leadership. Everyone from top to bottom think of securing their own jobs not the organisation growth or requirement. Work culture is worst. HR policies will differ unit to unit but senior leadership will be focusing and give speeches regarding one credo. Worst in promotion as people have to satisfy HR for promotion instead of working. If your Boss local and you are belonging from different area then don't work here, Local management are ruing CIPLA brand value, If you are outsider from Maharastra then don't join Cipla (Kurkumbh, Pune) plant. but in kashmir it's a franchise house and doctors are not satisfied because in kashmir we don't have provide doctors any facilities as well as Conferences happen, they know everything, there is no benefit in telling them, if something is told to them, it will not happen, that is why they give opportunities to other companies, that is why Cipla is not growing here

Company is good but some managers Are politics in Rating.not given proper ratings in cipla plant.lots of politics in ratings near people given very good ratings and above other state person given very bad Rating in QA department.

My company has good environment for new comers or fresher, which in a good salary package and also only 24 days working in a month so overall good for everyone

Everything depends on management here, if there would be good leader then you are going to learn lots of skills and you enjoy your work. Past few month I'm very disappointed with my new management. Some bad management people join Cipla and people started leaving Cipla, like my boss left Cipla due to poor management. I'm very disappointed with my new management, with their bad behavior.
