Work is not given to new employee and only work on existing issues. There is no involvement of team in new projects or learnings. Only old resources/employees get the exposure to new learnings or project.

Save your career, experience and most valuable thing is time by not joining cintra even if they offer higher salary because if they dont get work then you will be on Risk. Save yourself by not treating bad by these peoples. Nothing positive in the company.
