No job security, it is hire and fire kind of a firm. If you are on bench, then you have no security. Indian office is setup last year, so we do not have any exposure.

Worst company I have worked with. No company culture. Office politics. People with 2 and 3 years of experience will become managers and team leader who doesn't have any knowledge and just do micro management and bossing. They will ask you to come office daily. They will ask to to work on weekends and also stay late in office. No projects atall. Half of the company is on bench. They hire freshers to save salaries and no value to experienced people.
