Avoid this company at all costs! Don't leave your current stable job for a few extra bucks, you will soon be a victim of layoff as soon as your project ends here. This has happened to most of their employees in India and abroad. I am having an absolutely horrendous experience dealing with misleading promises from the start, their promises are as empty as their ethics. The culture here is toxic, with dishonesty and deceit ingrained into every aspect of their operations. And if by some miracle you have a concern and decide to reach out to HR, forget about it. Emails disappear into a black hole, never to be answered. The lack of responsiveness is a clear indication of how little they care about their employees. Ethics? Nonexistent. Culture? Toxic. Worst company I have worked with. No company culture. Office politics. People with 2 and 3 years of experience will become managers and team leader who doesn't have any knowledge and just do micro management and bossing. They will ask you to come office daily. They will ask to to work on weekends and also stay late in office. No projects atall. Half of the company is on bench. They hire freshers to save salaries and no value to experienced people.
