Work life balance was very good and workplace culture is positive and supportive.

Dislikes

it is not a matter of dislike, rather a small gap like (rewards, recognition and benefits) between CTSP and CTI that requires small improvisation.

I did not come across anything so far in my 5 years of experience, but we need to project the way of work at Ciel et Terre as the example to hold the talents to not to look outside! And to attract the talent from outside. The guys who get groomed here will serve for any challenging situations in the future, so to hold the talents we could put better efforts.

For Site construction staff, structured leave cycle policy should be introduced. Due to busy project schedule, management may not entertain casual leave applications, and due to it, the staff may be unable to utilize the compensatory leaves which will be getting expired within few months .
