This is a good place for the freshers to work, as they could learn a lot in here But after attaining some experience in here one should try to look for opportunities in some other firms to grow, as in Cians you would get stuck in stagnant position doiung same things on loop and even if you try to learn something new and implement aanew process across the team/organisation you would be appreciated verbally and won't get any monetary benefits.
