I m joining in company on feb-2020 as fresher and In lockdown company pay salary that's very helpful to all employees of chola but after lockdown seniors give tooooo much pressure for work, after 10-15 days of lockdown very deficult to find home loan files but seniors give pressure and force to give resignation from company.

There is no any support to me as well as my team members during covid 19 lockdown where as I have associated with this company from too long in different roles .Some role changes manipulated by immidiate supervisor only , there is no any support and interference by senior management that are fully assigned without discussion with employee .Before the journey of covid 19 lockdown , I have submitted my resignation will served with notice period as per company's SOP but no any discussions with prior approval from senior management and HR relieved me without A single call/discussion ....Read More

My overall experience is bad about the immediate superior and seniors due to they always act according their work style which are not a problem solving but always leg pulling in front of upper management .

First of all when I selected as A branch manager GEO in this company in 2012 and work more than 02 years in this role then suddenly , my immediate superior change my role due to adjustment of his most likely newly joined management trainee .

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
