Company compensation is good and appraisal are excellent. You get freedom to do whatever you want to until you are justifying the companies interest.

Dislikes

Just some people don't know how to collaborate with people, they are just interested in playing dirty politics to show Management how better are they from other people. Senior people get easily influenced by others and make their opinion about sincere peoples.

I have worked in this company for more than 5 years, the only good thing about this company is they give salary on time and yearly appraisals If you work here for few years you can survive in any company in the industry. Bcuz their torture is at the next level

Most disgusting management, High level position Managers treat the employees like slav*s, worst office management and on that if the customer doesn't pay the emi you have to either fight with him and get the payment done or Put it from your pocket.
