I got selected through IJP hence no option but to join, nice teammates. Was able to acheive KRA

Dislikes

It seems no training required to work there, there is no use of call centet and collection was done by field exe only who was in direct touch with customer. Nothing to learn in collection of interest applicable after forecloser of loan, no fun or motovational activies for employees, fixed salary, no job security. I am sure that nobody will get career growth/ appraisal there hence resigned

Work Details

To handle team of 40+ executive, daily calling to be done and report need to shared with clients. Coordination with branch managers for collection of loan amount.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
