I am a Credit Officer working in a NBFC Company since last 5 years. In the last 5 years of my period I have gathered lots of experience in the field of Finance. But the biggest concern is though I gathered a lot of experience my CTC is 3.0 LPA. Though I got the opportunity to swap my company. I am confused about what I do. Please advise?

July 2018 - Jan 2021 Prepared for Govt jobs.
Jan 2021- Mar 2024, small size company, 3.2 yoe as Data analyst. EXCEL Nly.
April 2024 - July 2024, internship,Sales Associate. Excel, powerbi, sql.
August 2024 - Jan 2025, Acquired Skills for Business Analyst got Certified from Microsoft-LinkedIn Program, Applied for various positions in those 6 months but no response.
1 Feb 2025 - till now working as purchase manager in small electrical company. Price analysis, negotiations, Excel, and cost savings.
My Skills: Sql, Python, Advance Excel, Jira, UML, BRD.
I did not want to waste my time further. That's why I joined this company as this job requires analysis.

2. Our toddler is cuter than our cubicle neighbor (no offense to their questionable lunch smells).

4. A weekend getaway with childhood friends > surviving rush hour for a team lunch.

5. Saving on fuel, rent, and overpriced sandwiches feels smarter than just surviving paycheck to paycheck.

6. Traffic jams aren’t fun, and meetings don’t require our physical presence just decent Wi-Fi.

But alas, corporate reality insists on strict office check-ins while happily making us join 11 PM global calls from home. So, here’s the million-dollar question: If we deliver stellar work remotely, why does our location matter?

I have offer from 3 orgs
1. Deloitte
2. Thoughtworks 
3. TCS 

Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. 

I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give?

I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

Dozens of people with pristine history and exceeds rating that took parental or medical leave and got laid off. I didn’t even know this was legal.

A lot of people who devoted 8-10 years to the company with multiple AE ruthlessly axed!

Seems it was more about money than performance. Be careful about joining this company. Zuck doesn’t care about his employees. Only the company [Meta](meta)
