Daily con call ,late night work ,no holiday ,reporting to sales , always ask for resignation in small mistake, senior are very dangerous the play with employees carriers.

Once you join this company you come to know how hell mentioned in mythology. You can fire at any day. Company work without culture. The grocery market is village is more organized. There are lot more to say but I don't do back bitching, still truth is truth.

It should improve employee welfare calture no weekly off no leave, if on leave have to attend con call . Worst culture of any time con call. Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only .
