Worst manegement and HR department ,dirty office environment . Senior have no manners, no value for skills and talent. 365 days working, mi day , collection day , disbursement day , and morning 7 am conference call are foolish.

Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only . Company compensation is good and appraisal are excellent. You get freedom to do whatever you want to until you are justifying the companies interest.

Just some people don't know how to collaborate with people, they are just interested in playing dirty politics to show Management how better are they from other people. Senior people get easily influenced by others and make their opinion about sincere peoples.
