Mon to sat 9-6 working what the hell is this or even govt holidays of national holidays are not considered you have to come and work, work life balance is shit, also here I a sandwich model for leave if you taken leave for Saturday and Monday than Sunday is also considered your leave and you will charges from the salary if you do any mistake in company you will charged for that</mark>. Financial growth is too slow. No any additional benefits and perks provided to the employees, however now they are improving. Promotions will be there but no financial increment will be made so in this way you won't be able to match your experience with your salary and designation. Other companies will judge you on the basis of your salary if you're an under-performer.
