Promotions will be there but no financial increment will be made so in this way you won't be able to match your experience with your salary and designation. Good for freshers and jobless. Not for experienced because management won't value and no respect to employees. There is no mid level management in this company. No powers or authority to talk decisions for mid level management. Policies are not dislocated to employees so no benefits will be provided.
