Good for freshers and jobless. Not for experienced because management won't value and no respect to employees. There is no mid level management in this company. No powers or authority to talk decisions for mid level management. Policies are not dislocated to employees so no benefits will be provided. Salaries will be on hold for stupid reasons. i.e. long leave, not well. Should not believe on the commitments done. They can change it at any time.
