Good salary. Exciting work. Good leadership. Very helpful coworkers. You can see your product being developed and deployed on actual vehicles.

Dislikes

Worst HR policies. Very less holidays. Total 6 paid holiday per year which is even less than government holidays. No work from home. Very bad IT infrastructure. Even for getting simple monitor, you need to wait for 4-5 months or wait for somebody to resign. Finance department is so stupid that they’ll do so much mistake in calculating salary. Every month you need to check salary slip and verify. Last month they’ve taken 10 days just to generate salary slip. Very bad attrition rate....Read More
