The Company has more like a family kind of environment. There is balance of work and personal life. Support from seniors is always there in any situation. Even though growth is stagnant here but job security and other aspects in work life is very ncie.

I work as a Company Secretary of the company and take care of compliance related work for the company and directors. I completed my CS training in the same organisation as was absorbed under professional capacity as whole time Company Secretary of the Co.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
