They have bond agreement system for all candidates to which you cannot leave the organization within a year. And if you leave you will have to pay 3 months gross salary. As the market is open now, you will definitely find much better place to work than this organization. Keep this as your last option. All Departments are not much developed as most of them do only drafting kind of work due to which you will not grow technically in engineering field.
