The Work culture is amazing, each individual in Chargebee reflects its core value, one of them is empathy and they really show that to customers as well as employees. The compensation is par beyond industry standards.

I learn each day at Chargebee there isn't a day that goes by and I don't learn

Dislikes

Too much work, so not much work life balance, some bosses might only care about you when there are issues, and might not be as supportive or appreciative when you work. My boss was awesome, was hands on without micromanaging. But I have seen firsthand, the aforementioned bosses as well.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
