Does not provide WFH and no work life balance, you're asked to work overtime for which you'll not be paid and even on weekends based on the study requirements.

Seriously company is not looking for growth, so obviously no growth for employees. No leadership, currently leads are trying to retain the position. By the way leads are 2-3 years experienced who don't know how to respect others What's unfortunate is that even those with 10-11 years of experience who can lead a team in a great way have to be under them.

manager & leads who are working more than 7 years, their dominance will be like hell & we can't take that dominance. we can't learn new technologies . the company is supporting for a pharma clinical research & they have only one client (of course its a big), their internal things were like OMG.. Horrible, most of the time manager was very rude to the employees. the company is suitable for QE only not for developers. QE's who are working since long were ruling the company indirectly....Read More
