Likes

The team mates are very good and friendly so it is easy to complete the task. The location is in the heart of the town so it is easy to travel.

Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

We had to learn ourselves which makes our career growth very slow. The salary is very low and appraisals are not regular. Job security is not sure after 2 years. Office politics and work environment are somewhat difficult to manage and overall our work-life balance is average.

Work Details

The work is usually bored and during month ends our work pressure increases.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
