The award for best employee in CG DTC summits are not judge by the performance, hence the employees who are always ahead of their targets are never getting the appreciations, acknowledgement and motivations to continue for long time.The company more focuses on the underperforming employees,Henceforth there is absence of well qualified smart employees in CG.
