Completely professional but friendly working environment at the same time. Every employee is willing to help and teach the freshers and juniors. There is an opportunity of direct interaction with the directors even if you are a fresher and that has personally helped me a lot in terms of my overall competence . There is exposure to new projects and site visits which have personally helped me in having clear visualization of the technical aspects of HVAC designing . Regular meets with vendors of various products keep us up to date with the latest technologies in the market.
