I am proud to be part of in this family calling cFirst. Being team is more proud and joyfully. Work culture is adequate. The Another plus point is my colleagues come from various place and team, where need help and supportive team workers. management supported on the pandemic period. I'm grateful to write about it.

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There were some employees who were aware of their misery.

Dislikes

Everything, no cafeteria, no professionalism, totally crappy office culture, and the top positions for eg, Sr,Team leaders are pathetic. Some of the Team leaders are irrelevant and lack basic mannerism as well as personality.

I am not satisfied with the appraisal system, as it involves two appraisal cycles where employees are required to document all their achievements and challenges, as well as provide self-ratings. The appraisal process is based on salary scales, where those with lower salaries tend to receive the highest percentage of appraisal increases.
